How to reach us
FutureLens has no support hotline and no web form. We keep everything in one place so every message actually gets read. The only way to reach us is by email: [email protected]. Whether you want to flag a typo or talk through a topic we have not covered yet, just write in.
What we reply to
A quick line about what your message is about helps us sort it faster:
- Story ideas — a technology topic you would like explained, or a gap in something we have already published.
- Corrections — a factual error, stale figure or broken link. A source is ideal; we will check it and fix what needs fixing.
- Partnerships — republishing, citation permissions or other genuine collaboration.
Response times
We are a small desk. We read carefully, but we are not always fast. Most replies go out within a few business days; messages that involve verifying a correction can take longer. If two weeks pass with no reply, feel free to send it again — the first one probably slipped through.
One boundary
To be clear up front: FutureLens does explanatory journalism only. We do not give personalised investment, medical or legal advice, and we will not tell you whether to buy an asset, which medication to take or how to handle a lawsuit. We will also never ask you — by email or any other channel — for your account details, passwords, verification codes, private keys or seed phrases. Anyone claiming to be us and asking for those is not us. Ignore them.
